So many people we met said they visit every year, and now we are turning into those people because we have another trip booked for this summer!
SCOTTSDALE, ARIZONA
Known for rowdy golf tournaments and bachelorette parties, Scottsdale is not the first city that comes to mind when I think of a family vacation with 3 toddlers. However, my main goal was sunshine; and even though it rained one of our days in Arizona, Scottsdale turned out to be more toddler-friendly than I ever expected.
BUENA PARK, CALIFORNIA
Millions of people visit Anaheim, California for Disneyland and Disney’s California Adventure theme parks, but most parents don’t realize one of the most family-friendly cities is right next door. Buena Park is home to “America’s First Theme Park” Knott’s Berry Farm, a waterpark, and a ton of options for kid-friendly shows and restaurants.
NEWPORT BEACH, CALIFORNIA
I probably wouldn’t call Newport Beach ‘family-friendly’ other than the beach, but it is one of our favorite places to visit with our kids. This post includes a comprehensive list of all our favorites things to do!
